Alternatively, you can get the latest and greatest version of PHLib directly from the SourceForge CVS server.

• Log in to the SourceForge anonymous CVS server:

  cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.phplib.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/phplib login (just press enter for password)
  

• Obtain the PHPlib Stable tree:

  cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.phplib.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/phplib co php-lib-stable
