SANIsoft Technologies, now an ISO 9001:2008 certified Company.

We at SANIsoft are extremely proud and happy to receive our ISO 9001:2008 certification from Accreditation Services for Certifying Bodies (Europe) Limited. The certificate was given to us upon meeting all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards.

For any organization the adoption of a quality management system is strategically important and is influenced by the organizations varying needs and its objectives.

SANIsoft has always had internal checks and processes in order, quality control mechanisms in place and documentation up-to-date. It was important for our company to have these procedures recorded for software quality management and easy hand over of responsibilities within the organization.  Hence it was only logical that we took the next step and formalized the procedure by way of getting audited for and obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 certification.

It has been an exciting experience getting audited for an ISO 9001:2008 certification and we did learn some things on the way, like While all the technical documentation such as attendance and hour logs, project documentations, invoicing, customer support, complaints handling, etc was well recorded and preserved, we did miss out on small stuff like making identity cards. SANIsoft has always been a big family, and when you are a family, you do not ask for identification. However as per the demands of the ISO 9001 certification even the minutest records are now being kept Am sure my managers will one day be very grateful that they have these seemingly trivial records
