SANIsoft moves to new premises.
After operating exactly 9 years out of 361, Shankarnagar, Nagpur; SANIsoft office has shifted to a newer, swankier, larger premises at 15, Shah layout, Atomic Energy Road, Wadi, Nagpur.
Well, swankier, if you consider all new machines with LCD monitors, Huge TV screens, a pantry with healthy food (read minus coke or potato chips) as swanky.
For Tarique though, the ergonomic chairs are the most significant things. What remains to be seen is if they will make any difference to the abuse the programmers perpetuate on their bodies citing reasons of comfort.
The move is significant in many ways –we have grown over the years and intend to continue the growth at an even faster pace.
Starting with a single client in Nagpur (Thank you, Mr. Vilas Kale), to clients across the globe. It took some time to reach here, but we grew, steadily and steadfastly, always keeping the promises we made to our clients as well as our employees.
We were called a “Mumma-Papa” Company, as I always had my toddler son along with me in all business meets and conferences. We were warned that companies like ours don’t scale up, but after creating some of the biggest high performance PHP applications that have been working for several years for our clients, I would say we are very much still there and scaling up.
This move, once again, is paradigm shift for us. What remains to be seen is will it work again, as it has in past. While the working paradigms change, our ethics have steadfastly remained what they always were. In my opinion, all the past paradigm shifts in working style have clicked because of this reason.
In “Fountainhead” by Ayn Rand, Howard Roark says “I don’t build in order to have clients. I have clients in order to build.”
I say “ I don’t build in order to have clients. I have clients because I build!”
